Welcome to Essential Cleaners! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (https://www.essentialcleaners.net/) and the cleaning services we provide. By booking a service with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • “Company” refers to Essential Cleaners.
  • “Client” refers to any individual or business that books a cleaning service.
  • “Services” refer to the residential and commercial cleaning services offered by Essential Cleaners.

2. Booking & Scheduling

2.1 Service Requests

  • Clients can request a cleaning service via our website, phone, or email.
  • Bookings are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email or text from us.

2.2 Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • Last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours of the scheduled service) may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

2.3 Access to the Property

  • Clients must ensure that our cleaners have safe and timely access to the property.
  • If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time, we may charge a lockout fee.

3. Payment & Fees

3.1 Pricing

  • Prices are based on property size, service type, and level of cleaning required.
  • Additional charges may apply for extra services or excessively dirty conditions.

3.2 Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • We accept credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payments.

3.3 Late Payments

  • A late fee may be applied if payment is not received within 48 hours of service completion.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee & Refunds

4.1 Quality Assurance

  • We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services.
  • If you are dissatisfied, notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to re-clean the area at no additional cost.

4.2 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued at our sole discretion and are only considered in exceptional cases.

5. Liability & Damages

5.1 Liability Limitation

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for damage resulting from normal cleaning procedures.
  • We use non-toxic, safe cleaning products, but we are not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities.

5.2 Breakage & Damage

  • If accidental damage occurs, we will assess and address the issue on a case-by-case basis.
  • Clients must notify us of any valuable or fragile items before the cleaning.

6. Health & Safety

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if a property presents unsafe or hazardous conditions.
  • Our cleaners will not clean areas with mold, biohazardous materials, or pest infestations.
  • For the safety of our staff, we ask that pets be secured during the cleaning.

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • We respect your privacy and will never share your personal information with third parties without your consent.

8. Service Modifications & Termination

  • We reserve the right to modify our pricing, services, and terms at any time.
  • We may refuse service to anyone for violations of these Terms or inappropriate behavior.

Rate the dirt level in the home, on a scale of 1-10. A 10 is very dirty requiring vigorous scrubbing. Dirty walls, dirty floors, and every surface is grimy. Dirt has built up everywhere and will require scraping, scrubbing, etc. A 1 is so clean you could eat off the floors! A 4-5 would be a regularly maintained home that has a few people and pets living in it.
