How do I book a cleaning?

You can call, text, or fill out our online booking form to schedule a cleaning. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot.

Both! We provide one-time cleanings as well as weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly plans to keep your space consistently fresh.

Cleaning Process & Policies

What should I do before the cleaners arrive?

To help us clean efficiently, we recommend picking up any loose items, securing valuables, and notifying us of any special requests.

Cleaning times vary based on the size and condition of your space. A standard home cleaning typically takes 2-4 hours.

We understand that plans change! Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee.

Your satisfaction is our priority! If you’re not happy, let us know within 48 hours, and we’ll come back to fix it—free of charge.

Rate the dirt level in the home, on a scale of 1-10. A 10 is very dirty requiring vigorous scrubbing. Dirty walls, dirty floors, and every surface is grimy. Dirt has built up everywhere and will require scraping, scrubbing, etc. A 1 is so clean you could eat off the floors! A 4-5 would be a regularly maintained home that has a few people and pets living in it.
